**SkillTrace** ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.

### 1. No Data Collection

**We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data.**
All data you create or input within the application (including training logs, photos, videos, location tags, profile information, and membership details) is stored strictly on your local device and in your personal iCloud container.
**We (the developers) have absolutely no access to your data.**

### 2. Data Storage and Synchronization

*   **On-Device Storage**: All your data is stored locally on your device using **SwiftData**.
*   **iCloud Sync (CloudKit)**: To synchronize your data across your Apple devices, the app uses Apple's **CloudKit** service. This process happens directly between your device and Apple's iCloud servers. Your data remains in your private iCloud account, inaccessible to us.
*   **No External Servers**: We do not maintain any servers to process or store your personal data.

### 3. Permissions

The app requests system permissions solely to provide functionality on your device:
*   **Photo Library / Camera**: Used only locally to allow you to attach media to your logs or set a profile avatar. We do not view or upload these photos.
*   **Location**: Used only locally to tag your training location. We do not track or collect your location history.
*   **Notifications**: Used only locally to send you reminders.

### 4. Data Control

Since we do not collect your data, you have full control over it. You can modify or delete your data at any time within the app. Deleting the app or your data removes it from your specific device.

### 5. Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties or advertisers. The app relies exclusively on Apple's services (iCloud) for synchronization.
